6 oz. Crab Mix all ingredients together. Broil just to brown top—or serve cold. Serve with crackers or chips, stuff in baked potatoes for a main dish (or tomatoes or cooked artichokes) or, for fancy hors d’ oeuvres when the brass is aboard, stuff into mushroom caps and/or artichoke bottoms and broil until golden. No broiler? Lightly sauté mushroom caps and fill with dip—warm or cold.
