Pelican at Poulsbo
This picture was taken on the weekend following September 11 when the NYCE had a cruise to Poulsbo planned. We arrived to discover that the cruise was cancelled because our members, who kept their boats at the Everett Naval Base Marina, were prevented from entering the Naval Station.
